Ok, I downloaded all the episodes in HDTV format... and IMO, downloading TV is not theft... I could just have easily have had a cousin in britland send me video tape. I've just substituted my computer for my vcr.

Now, Dear Mr. Moore. Internet 'piracy' on tv (which I've already stated my opinion on), especially in the case of BSG is a result of the release of the series in different places at different times. Obviously coordinating international release of a tv series is a complicated matter... but one cannot blame the viewers for wanting to watch the show. ESPECIALLY when there are boards like this, where an international group of people are discussing the show, where some have seen it, and some haven't.

I understand the negative affects this has on media, and could potentially have on the series. But, I've had wait a while for the mini series to generate a full blown series, then I found out I had to wait even longer... that's BS. ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE COUNTRY WHERE THE BLOODY SHOW IS FILMED.

Now here is the solution to the whole issue of internet download of TV episodes. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER!!!!!!! The issue of internet piracy has come to the forfront because it is the entertainment business who cannot keep up with the internet. It's heavy competition, I understand that. But the entertaiment business has to step up, and offer more than the internet has to offer. That means, you have to get all your shows out at the same time, so that people in England aren't 20 episodes ahead of people in Canada etc. Downloading always seems to be a 'sin' attributed to the audience/downloader, but in truth, it's the failure of the production company to distribute it's product properly. It's simple business. One makes a product, but if you don't get it to the market fast enough, then it will find another way(the internet) in order to fill the demand. God it's so simple, one wonders WHY THE TVE BUSINESS HASN'T FIGURED THIS OUT YET.

You generated the demand, but your distribution system really suck donkey nuts, that's not the audiences fault, it's yours, Thank you
