i feel like i, literally, got hit by a car...with a baaaaad driver....and *then* got a cold.

and that would be a worthy lecture except for the part where my chest doesn't hurt because i don't have a chest cold. i have a head cold.

i don't even have a headache to go with said head cold, oddly enough.

i have serious, serious nasal congestion and drain, which, gross, and an occasional need to apparently sneeze so hard i might lose an internal organ, but i don't have a chest cold.

random coughing? yup. no chest cold.

what hurts is the body ache, not caused by cloves oddly enough, from pulling just about every single muscle from mid back to upper thighs, somehow, in my sleep. the rest of my body doesn't ache....not even in the obvious places like joints, or shoulders and neck. my shoulders aren't even tensed from waking up every hour on the hour for the last 48.

just, until late yesterday, pretty severe back pain, and a perpetually runny nose...thus the "literally feel like i got hit by a truck" comment.

so, alas, you're going to have to save that timely lecture for...some other time.;)

dude, you got lucky then, cuz my nose and throat hurt for 3 days after the con, with the combo of getting over my cold, the lack of humidity and standing downwind.. that is so weird that your body aches... :::hugs::: maybe I'll send your x-mas gift early so you can get good use out of it now..

the humidity certainly sucked ass, that's for damned sure. and you bloody well should have said something doofus. we would have, you know, moved you.

the body aches aren't weird, at least not to me. that's what differentiates a cold from the flu, although i've certainly never had them like they were the last couple of days. most gone down to a generic ache-y today, which is still making it tough to sleep, but, not with the OWOWPAIN.

I know I'm a doofus, but I didn't realize till Monday morning.. and I don't think you could have moved me because it wasn't just you guys; at some point many people around me was smoking, so there really wasn't anyway to get away from it..
