that's Logan from Veronica Mars...much with the crack!tv. uhm...."broken" short answer....well, right there he's broken because he just realized that his mother really is dead and didn't just stage it to escape Logan's abusive dad. you really should get the dvds and watch Season 1. it's your kinda jacked up characters show.
