it's been a British invasion week. the roomie got me hooked on Life on Mars - nobody does cop shows better than the Brits. nobody - and then we went to Borders and picked up the first set of Touching Evil [see earlier comment re cops and Brits], and then, while kickin it at Birch Street in Brea with thevaliumsofa, we had the compulsory trip to Tower Records where i got a Jesus and Mary Chain compilation and themonkeycabal got two, count 'em TWO, Echo and The Bunnymen discs. *sigh*. picked up some Newie on the way home then sat on the porch and listened to the first Echo cd, then came inside and watched more Touching Evil. lovely. simply lovely. my love for my cousins knows no bounds.

and now i may have to watch the LoM eps again. oh, the torture.

if you like "touching evil", you'll love "wire in the blood." another robson green vehicle. he's great and hermione norris is fantastic, too. sadly, she's left the show for the next season.
