yep. mine too.

i have no interest in the whining, which in this case i think deserves use of the word whinging. their opinions are their own, and mine aren't right and theirs wrong, but mine is mine and i feel no need to defend it, or go out and engage in fandom stuff and nonsense in some attempt to make others see the genius of my interpretation.

That is a lot like the Wheel of Time series of books by Robert Jordan.
This is how the 1st chapter of each book starts (with the location of the wind beingthe only thing that changes).
The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. In one Age, called the Third Age by some, an Age yet to come, an Age long past, a wind rose in the Mountains of Mist. The wind was not a beginning. There are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of the Wheel of Time. But it was A beginning.
