huh. i called it. trippy. my choices were Woody, in the "Overwhelming Evidence" category, and Cassidy in the "Joss would SO do it!" category. what always hung me up about Cassidy was his seemingly normal behavior and lack of apparent guilt. if your pretty much sociopathic though, that kinda solves the problem.

poor Mac. oucccch.

loved Logan telling Veronica she wasn't a killer.

loved MORE Logan's reaction to learning that Cassidy raped Veronica at the party. it was very nearly a flinch and then a look, and then a "hmmm. i may kill you, but lemme talk her down first, k? don't go anywhere."

LOVED MOST Logan having nothing to offer Cassidy on the ledge. that was sooooo ouch. the great conflict between the gut reaction of preventing someone you've known your whole life from jumping off a building versus the knowledge that he killed all those innocent kids.

Duncan as deus ex machina justice. niiiiiiiiiiice.

and as always, Dick was so very funny. i heart him.

the only sort of flaw was the seeming rushed reconciliation of Logan and Veronica, but there was that whole near-death, ohmigodbeaverblewmydadup thing going for both of them, and the very sweet gesture of Logan slipping quietly out of the apt when Keith emerged alive...so, i can call that a wash. loved Keith's reaction to Logan, btw. it was very adorable.

and then the immediate jump to Cassidy going from victim to bus killer. i think the insane hiatus breaking up the rhythm of the season helped make that feel less well strung together. although, it's still so VERY Veronica to jump to the worst conclusion about everyone so, you know, also pretty much a wash.

i wonder what Kendall's up to.

i read an article, the New York Times (i think?) talking about the CW merger, and they seemed pretty confident that Veronica Mars would survive the transition, so, here's hoping, but, you know, not too blindly. /farscapefan

OMG yes to all the logan reactions... I loved that she ended up falling asleep in his lap with him watching over her.. and I too loved Keith's reaction to Logan. No hard feelings, it would seem, over the last time that she and Logan broke up.

I wonder how Dick is going to react now that he's the one with the brother that killed the kids on the bus? and to weevil..

Yeah, because i was able to pick up on little things in the eps that helped explain more what came together in this episode... especially with cassidy - even though he seemed so sweet, there were just a handful of times where you could see the cruelty in him come out from behind the curtain. And, listening to the tapes from the evidence closet about the bus crash - the interviews that were done with beaver and dick about Curly Moran. Little things like that that had more evidence and brought it together more for me...
