another one of a million stupid ways in which they try and deal with the past sins against native peoples, and totally fail to do anything... why does anyone feel like it's an OK thing? Learned guilt. Sadly it's paralyzing IMHO rather than a spark to fix things... We treat the mainland nations oddly too, and there is every belief that their funds have been misappropriated. In the long run giving separate status is inherently never equal :shrug:
