I'd'a maybe wondered about a digital copy, but dunno whether that's an option in the environment in question. Flashdrives, an' all, ya know.

we have to print one for every shift. it's an ongoing problem. my usual response to that question is, "did you check with your peers to see if anyone else did, since, you know, i'm not keeper of the log?" they always look at me funny when i say that. drives me batshit.

People can so easily be dumb shits.
I always like the shop here asking me when they are getting their prints & shop drawings.
I tell them that I have not received them from the drafting department yet and that once I receive them I will review them and send them to the shop as fast as I can.
They ask me then, "when is drafting going to give them to you?"
Uhm, I don't know! I like to think I can read minds, but my wife can testify that I can't.
