i love coming to work today [after having worked 0130 to 0600 on Friday night, then coming back at 4 on Saturday to work a 15 hour shift without a partner, then having to come back again today at 4 to work a regular 10 hours] and finding out that the girl working graveyard called in sick....on Father's Day...so i get to work *another* 15 hour shift by myself.

oh wait...did i say love? my bad.

heh. since i'm part time, despite working more than full time hours, i can pretty much tell them to fuck off to their face and get away with it. they're too afraid that i'll walk. it's golden.

i couldn't deal with their bullshit anymore. it only gets dodgy when i think their close to being full staff. which, technically, is about now, because they've hired new, but one is still in training, and that takes a while, and the other is on maternity leave [they hired her at 8 months, go figure] and hasn't started. but there are two regulars that have one foot out the door, so it usually balances out. i can work as much as i can sign up for.
