in honor of capitalism and my beloved, wacktastic country, i went to A&W. i got me a burger with all the trimmings, fries, and a ROOTBEER FLOAT! my tummy, and my sense of appropriateness, is satisified. mmmmm, floats.

spent the 4th in chi-town with my bro. saw the cubbies play at wrigley (actually on the 1st), had a really yummy hotdog with all that unidentifiable filling, and drank several cold beers. just what our foounding fathers were thinking when they signed on the dotted line. it's good to be an american and i'm happy to be home for a bit:-)
