You know, I think that's the guy who wanted to be able to vote in our election. I don't think he's replied to the suggestion that the UK apply for statehood. If it's not him (all guardian "journalists" sound the same), it at least seems like something the Guardian is pushing for. "Guardian pushes for UK Statehood." Here's a question, how many states would that actually be? 1 or 4?
