this was Season One Veronica in Season Three and that's just lazy.

Maybe that's why VM hasn't been grabbing me this year. Veronica's character doesn't seem to be going anywhere, or, you know, learning from past mistakes/experience. It's getting tiresome.

i don't know what this retro!Veronica shit is about, but yeah, it's kinda been around all season but i guess i didn't really, REALLY notice until the ep before last week's with the stupid game of FollowLogansCellPhone. they both have more disfunctionality than just this to fuel 5 lifetimes worth of eps. /irritated

err ... that was from two weeks ago, or three weeks ago, or whatever last ep it was I saw, when they tracked the guy in the ATM photo down and she said essentially that to his roommate. I was more than a little disgusted, because it's just so freaking lazy.

They're doing a good job of completely losing my interest, which is disappointing. I'm still not over the marijuana growroom. It's not hard to avoid stupid shit like that, and I can handwave a lot, but not when it's crap that could so easily be dealt with another way. I just get a strong feeling that they don't care, so why should I?

i got nothing else to watch on tuesdays, and sheena watches with me so that's a fun thing at work, so i'll keep watching...but if he keeps this up, it'll be rapidly shift from appointment tv to watch if i remember.
