Rather than banning tag, I think VPs like Ms. Fesgen should be strapped to a chair, Clockwork Orange-style, and forced to watch The Incredibles over and over until either the message takes, or else they succumb to the delicious technicolor beating it promises to administer.

mmmm, I think they are understimating the ability of the school administration to resist changing their minds once made up. watching the incredibles was lost on them the first time...

heh. it's like they have honestly forgotten that teaching socialization is actually part of their job. sure, you can be irritated that more kids than should come unprepared to school in terms of behavior, but there are just some social norms that can *only* be learned in group settings that are completely outside the familial unit.
