A WOMAN suspected of recruiting more than 80 female suicide bombers has confessed to organising their rapes so she could later convince them that martyrdom was the only way to escape the shame.

potentially... that it's a betrayal, but also beyond that a complete manipulations. the fact that she manipulated them in a way that was guaranteed to push them towards suicide, since in the minds of the victims this would be one way to cleanse them following the rape.

possibly, yes. :::thinks::: it's pre-meditated murder....and that a woman would use rape as the methodology renders me speechless. i think what's worse, though, is the society that programs these women to feel a shame so deep, over something they are NOT responsible for, that suicide is a viable reaction.
