if the radio station itself isn't being paid to air segments specifically geared to promoting one side or the other of the upcoming initiative, i fail to see how two guys on a talk show that are, wait for it, talking about a local issue, can possibly be construed as falling under that bullshit campaign law.
methinks some folks need to take a look at the constitutional definition of "free speech" again.
