somedaybitchbut i'm not goin' alone, baby.
there's me and the M and bron and spook and jul sitting in the theater at Universal Citywalk watching the latestOHMIGODITSSOFUCKINGBRILLIANT! Harry Potter movie.
fat, dumb and happy, giggling at the onset-of-hormones angst and gearing up for the scary-bad-stuff angst, when along comes Dan Radcliffe in an obscenely large bathtub with no shirt on. the internal monologue went something like, jeezuslookatthoseabs...holyfuckheshot...ohmigod...HESONLYFIFTEEN...AREYOUHIGH...holycowthosebicepsarecut...OHMIGODIMSOGOINGTOHELL...HESAMINOR...manishehot. the M and i had about the same physical reactions to what we were saying, blinking, stuttering, trainwreck fascination, and i'm pretty sure we both said aloud, at almost the same time, "i'm so going to Hell."
i may have to hunt Mike Newell down and kill him for this.
meanwhile....there was TEN! ZOMG, TEN!!!! and he was teh HAWT, BABY! all leather and evil and snake!tongue. but of course, he's an adult, and so not a minor, and as such couldn't help me with the going-to-hell problem. the bastard.
in not-really-spoilery comments....the Quidditch stadium? holy jeebus on a moped, was it awesome. maaaaaaaan. and, and, the tent city, and, and the Dark Mark, and the tatoos, and, and the Sirius in the fireplace, and, and, HOLY COW@!11!!!
*ahem*
so yeah, it didn't suck.
when i've seen it again, hopefully in the next few days, i'll be able to sit down and have a proper squee about all of the brilliance that is this latest installment. sooooooooo many awesome little things. *sighs*
