somedaybitchLJ is privately owned....just like message boards, so, you know, the freedom of speech argument? not so much with the applicable. i get the kerfluffle, and folks have a legit right to be miffed about what's going on and how it's being handled, but do try and view it all with some perspective.
which leads me to; people are basically mf'ing LJ because LJ won't throw itself under the legal train so folks can have their particular brand of pr0n.

teh internets are going kersplodey over fictional pr0n. that's both deeply funny and deeply stupid.
again, i get why what's happening would piss people off, i really do, but also do think about what people are demanding of LJ, and maybe temper that anger with the reality of LJ's legal position.
