Not only that, it looks like CBS just axed the show too.

Oh yep, they fired him. They said it was too expensive to keep him on anymore.

Hadn't read about them cancelling the show but I have to admit I'm happy they did. I was scared it was going to be another X-Files fiasco.

WHOA. I thought he was the one that announced he was leaving, with the whole "new series developer" deal? WTF?

I have to say, though, I'm glad. That show got sooooooo bad.

read it on another lj...i think the wording was "contract wasn't renewed".
