cofax7.... have you seen this??? it's done totally retro-style, but it's by the original creators. i lol'd and thought of you.
also...weren't you asking about ab workouts a bit ago? wondered if you saw this piece at the NYT talking about "core" myths. the embedded video has examples by a spinal guy about what he feels is the right way to strengthen the core without damaging the spine. looked interesting. and his version of crunches looks equally more comfortable and bloody hard.
in other news: huh. didn't see that coming. well done, gentlemen. well done.

I'll have to check the NYT thing later. Right now I do pushups, planks, regular crunches, bicycle crunches, and that Superman flying thing to help my lower back. I'm not sure I want any more core exercises. *g*
