1. you aren't BSG. and really, you don't want to be. that show already aired, and it was pretentious enough for the rest of my lifetime. please stop.
2. the people that ended up on the Ancient ship DID NOT get mysteriously transported off a cruise ship in the middle of the fucking Atlantic. they were working.scientists.on.a.stargate.base. so, really? knock it off already with the bullshit melodrama, and the people over-reacting and the barely disciplined personnel.
3. this isn't the SGC's first rodeo. [see #2] so, really? stop writing like it is.
4. bring her daughter back or she'll tell the world what the Stargate program is doing? like it's a secret? honestly, did you guys have your own continuity wiped from your brains? have you been hanging out with George Lucas?
5. you could have a really cool show. you've got great talent on screen. ffs, stop wasting it.

and i'm even willing to set aside the fact that Telford would have been fried when the planet blew, but what i cannot stomach is his acting like he can TAKE OVER ON A SHIP HE'S NOT ON. all due respect to wing commanders, but he's *just* a wing commander, and he's a wing commander of a base that just lost it's air wing so he's not even that. the ONLY person that can relieve Young of duty is Jack, ffs.
seriously, it's like they gathered up 15 years of canon - literally collecting scripts, dvds, bibles, sides, treatments, breakdowns, everything - piled it up in the courtyard at Bridge and set it all on fire. then, emminently satisfied, looked at each other and said, right, then. now how do we write this?
