wow.

it's quite an accomplishment when someone manages to actually offend me because something they wrote was so.very.sexist.

He rightly pointed out that the cheetah isn’t just looking for whatever carcass she can haul out of the bar—incidentally, cheetahs are one of the few animals that will not eat carrion—but rather it is about women past the first flush of youth wanting to date or at least fuck “above their station.”

Whoa.

Um, I gave up reading before the end of the article, on the grounds that I don't really NEED high blood pressure. Does the author at any point address the fact that, if the gentlemen in question are as drunk as he claims, they're unlikely to be much good to Dana the Cheetah? Brewer's droop, and so on. But why let physiological facts interrupt a good article?

I can't believe this man gets PAID to write.

there's nowhere in the article where the author gives even a remote sense that men are anything other than hapless victims to women and their sex drives. the unintended irony is killing me.

The way I read the article, it was very carefully written to generate maximum outrage and therefore maximum buzz. There's no way some of those word choices were made accidentally.

I'm also sceptical that guys in the condition described are going to do anything but pass out once they're horizontal.

oh yeah, totally. which, naturally, is what was so offensive about it. whether those fucktards actually believe what they wrote or not is immaterial.
