My IvIG transfusions take 7 hours and consist of 6 bottles each treatment. Each treatment costs 10,000 dollars. I've had 3 treatments.

You can bet your tiny shiney hiney that I LOVE my job and am incredibly grateful for insurance and for a hematologist who has a brainz!

thirty thousand dollars is like, 8 months of my pay. I nearly ruptured a vessel when I saw the bill, and at the 'you pay' part, it was 198 bux. and that was just for the room and copays.

So there you have an opinon from the opposite side of the spectrum. I dont have a bad ass icon though....
